Capturing an image is a lot more than just the click of a button.
Our experience & the desire to creatively tell stories is what motivates us.
Sarah got her start by apprenticing for a traditional wedding photographer, using only Medium Format & 35mm film. Sarah is easy to work with & offers an enjoyable experience that make for great photographs.
Drew was originally a graphic artist with experience in not only photography but digital illustration, 3d & video. Drew is inspired by the infinite potential of visual art.

We met Kelsey and Justin for a sunrise session early in the morning in Alexandria. We couldn’t have asked for a better background! Sunbeams and warm romantic lighting were in each shot. We can’t wait for their wedding at Morais Vineyards this coming fall!

This is Sara and Jonathan, one of the sweetest couples we ever met and we’re so happy to share with you that they are expecting a little bundle of joy soon! We had the opportunity to take Drew and Kate’s engagement photos just in time before their wedding this weekend. These two are one of those couples you just have to smile at when you see them together. They met at University of Mary Washington and so downtown fredericksburg was special for them. They are perfectly in love and clearly made for each other! We love getting to do engagement photos with the bride and groom to be. It’s such a sweet opportunity to get to really know each couple and to get a feel for what makes their relationship unique.
